Supply and exhaust air anemostats are ceiling ventilation grilles designed to distribute air effectively throughout a room from above.

They are used as ventilation grilles in mechanical ventilation systems in internal ventilation ducts, suspended ceilings, and for exterior building ventilation. An additional advantage of anemostats is the ability to adjust the airflow or completely shut it off. This is particularly important in temporarily highly humid rooms and during the winter. Recommended for installation in spiral ducts and other round ventilation systems.
